What’s included in the A$25?
A Monthly Pop-in is a short session for one child, with one digital portrait included. Optional extras, where offered, are priced separately. Check your selected event’s details before paying.
Do I need to book every month?
You can visit once or return to capture more stages as your child grows. Choose the dates that suit your family.
How long should I allow?
The portrait itself takes only a few minutes. Events use shared timeslots, so allow time for check-in and waiting. Follow the arrival instructions in your booking confirmation.
Can siblings be photographed together?
Monthly Pop-ins are individual child portraits. For a photograph together, look for a Sibling or Family session on Kate’s booking page.
What if my child needs a moment to settle?
Let Kate know when you arrive. If your little one needs a feed, a change or a moment with you, talk to her about waiting a little longer before your turn.
How do I receive my portrait?
Kate chooses the best portrait from your session for you. Your selected image is delivered digitally through Pop-in, ready to download, print and share. Look out for your email after the session, and contact Kate if you need help.
What if we need to change our booking?
Use your Pop-in account to see the available rescheduling options, or contact Kate. Fees or restrictions may apply depending on the timing and circumstances. Read the current Pop-in terms before booking.
What should we bring?
An outfit you love and anything your child needs to feel comfortable are a good start. Check your confirmation for the details, and ask Kate about preparation for very young babies or any access needs.
